Multi-State Can Lid
Project Goal: Design a sealed can lid with three drinking modes (closed, open, straw), while creating a product aesthetic aligned with adjacent market offerings.

Design Approach: Explored a range of concepts focused on user interaction and achieving distinct drinking modes. Evaluated existing product offerings to develop aesthetics that fit client’s vision. Developed sealing features and mechanical interfaces between components.
Results: Developed concept through initial design and prototype, using 3D printing to evaluate form and function. Geometry shown is simplified due to ongoing project.
